He communicates with me before/during/after every session. He adjusts the workouts immediately according to my goals. He is very patient, professional and fun. I’ve never had a morning that I feel I don’t want to go to the gym, Marvin somehow gives me the energy that workout is not as difficult, he makes it fun and enjoyable.
